All materials are subject to prior sale. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. All material is shipped at market prices prevailing at time of shipping, unless otherwise agreed.
Claims & Material
Claims must e made within seven days after receipt of shipment. No goods will be accepted or returned within previous consent. A restocking and book-keeping charge will apply on all goods returned in sellable condition. No stock may be returned after 10 days from invoice date. Credit is contingent upon inspection of goods returned and approval of Highway Flooring Inc.
Shortages & Damages
It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect all deliveries and record on the freight bill any damage or shortages. It is the responsibility of the buyer to request inspections and file any claim with the carrier within the legal time limitations.
Limitation of Warranty
There is no warranty, express or implied on the goods covered by this agreement and all such warranties including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose re hereby excluded. Seller neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with the goods.
Limitation of Remedy
Seller assumes no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, arising from or alleged to have arisen from the use of or failure to deliver any of the goods. All goods are supplied by seller on the express terms that under no circumstances will be attributable to the use of any goods which may have been manufactured, constructed, treated, sold, supplied or distributed by seller. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold seller harmless against hereby accepts and acknowledges responsibility for any loss or damage caused by the goods or any product into which the goods are incorporated.
Complaint Procedures
The installer must first inspect the job to determine whatever the problem is: installation, job condition or manufacturing related. It is our experience that 95% of all flooring complaints are a result of un-favorable job conditions or sub-standard installation. To take a complaint past this point, it will be necessary for the installer to fill out our standard complaint form and obtaining samples of the affected area if possible. Our guarantee will go no further than the warranty of the manufacturer's material involved.
Taxes
If it should at any time be determined that any sales tax is due on a sale, the payment of that tax is the obligation of the buyer and not of the seller.
Delivery Dates
Seller shall not be responsibl for failure to fill any order or orders when such failure is due to fire, flood, riot, strikes, freight, embargoes or transportation delays, shortage of labor, inability to secure fuel, materials, supplies or power at current prices or account of shortages thereof; Acts of Mother Nature or of the public enemy, any existing or future laws or acts of the federal or of any state government (including specifically but not limited to any ordes, rules or regulations issued by any official or agency of any such government) affecting the conduct of seller's business with which seller in its judgment and discretion deems it advisable to comply as legal or patriotic duty or to any cause beyond seller's reasonable control.
Special Orders
Cannot be returned or cancelled after the order is in progress. A deposit of 75% is required to place the order.

28-Day No-Hassle Exchange and Return Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 28 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging. Items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. All shipping & handling is for Standard Ground Delivery Service within the 48 Contiguous States only.
In order to provide you with the absolute best prices available anywhere online or in stores, some items may be "drop shipped" from the Manufacturer (factory) or from their Warehouse Distribution Facility directly to you. If the item you order is stocked in multiple locations we will ship it from the closest source to you. Some products are shipped from locations offering only UPS Delivery Service while some branches also offer UPS, Fed-Ex, and USPO Delivery options.
Package Tracking Numbers
We will ship your package from the closest warehouse, whenever possible, to ensure the fastest delivery time. If your item is out-of-stock at the closest warehouse your order may be re-processed from an alternate, more distant warehouse location. This does not effect the shipping charge you pay! However, it may result in a delay in forwarding the shipment’s tracking number to you. You can request a tracking number from us, but please be patient while the correct tracking information is being obtained, which may take up to 4 OR 5 days.
Order Fulfillment Time
Most orders are "processed and on the road" to you within 7-14 working days from the day we receive your order. Depending on the time of day your order is received and the daily order volume at any given shipping location, it may take one extra day to ship your merchandise.
Please note: No orders are shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
If we are unable to ship your order from any of our facilities within five working days, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone you so you may make other arrangements to find your item(s) elsewhere.
All our orders are shipped by United Parcel Service via regular Ground Delivery Service or USPS or Fed-Ex Ground Delivery Service.
Wrong Address Information:
If the address you gave us has any mistakes causing the delivery company to be unable to deliver the package, you will responsible for either lost and damaged product or we will send your product again but you are responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order please call our Customer Service Department immediately!
15% Cancellation Fee/non-refundable shipping charges
In the event you cancel an order after the merchandise has been shipped and is en route to you, you are responsible for all shipping charges incurred in the transaction and a credit card processing fee of 15% (even if you do not accept the delivery from the shipper). This is to cover the fee that is charged to us when we process your order with your credit card.
We reserve the right to deny order of anyone.
Delivery Times
Since orders come from different location in the United States delivery times vary. Many items ships next day. This means it will leave our facility the day after you place your order.
Delivery will be delayed during our annual vacations. The vacation duration will be posted on our website.
After the item has shipped, it usually will take 3-5 business days to reach your location. Please reserve calling for status information until these times are met. Tracking information is not always available because your item may be drop shipped from a manufacturer.

Products can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of receipt in new and unworn condition in their original packaging.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return or exchange the item within 28 days of receipt as long as the item is in new and unworn condition inside its original packaging.
A copy of the original packing slip and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must accompany all returns.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a PayPal refund. We will credit you for the total purchase price less any applicable restocking fees and shipping/handling charges to and from our warehouse facility.
Restocking fees will be 30% of your purchase (excluding shipping/handling).
Accepted Payment Methods of E-Store
We accept and prefer VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover on our secure web server. We also accept PayPal, personal and cashier checks, and money orders. Money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks must clear before items are shipped.
